An all-original 427/435 Corvette with just under 9,000 miles since new!
This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is an unrestored, all-original collector’s dream machine. Not surprisingly, it is also a multiple award winner, having earned Bloomington Gold Benchmark and NCRS Top Flight certifications. It has even been affirmed legitimate by Al Grenning of Classic Car Affirmation Service, LLC. It is one of only 1,096 finished in attractive Elkhart Blue, in this case matched with a Teal Blue interior whose excellent condition is attributable to the fact that the car has been driven a mere 9,000 miles over its lifetime. Power comes courtesy of the L71 Tri Power-equipped 427/435 HP big block engine driving a 4-speed manual transmission and 4.11 rear end – the ultimate powertrain offered that year (with the obvious exception of the race-ready L88). Documented with both the tank sticker and the all-important Protect-O-Plate, it is optioned with an auxiliary hardtop, power windows and off-road exhaust, the latter original to the car along with its BF Goodrich Silvertown Blackwall tires.
